Educators Leadership Development Institute (ELDI)

There’s room for you at the top! There is still room at CSI’s upcoming Educators Leadership Development Institutes. These CSI events provide an exciting opportunity for classroom teachers to consider God’s call to school leadership. During the ELDI program, participants learn from practicing leaders and explore their gifts and abilities. If you are feeling called to leadership in Christian education, or if you’d like to encourage others to consider this call, ELDI provides a great opportunity to assess the possibilities. Seventy percent of ELDI alumni have gone on to serve in leadership positions in Christian schools.
Christian Schools International is accepting applications for the 2016 ELDI program. If the number of fully completed applications does not exceed necessary minimums by April 1, 2016, the two separate programs will be combined at one program location for 2016. To complete the application will require both information from the applicant and references, so we encourage applicants to begin today.
