Orillia Christian School partners with Kidney Clothes Donation Program
In partnership with the Kidney Clothes Donation Program, Orillia Christian School (OCS) will be launching a new clothing drive as part of its fundraising platform this year.
Neighbours, friends, and family can join OCS in this venture by dropping off their gently used clothing items at the school (that includes cloth-based goods too—like linens and curtains etc.). OCS will be paid for its goods by the pound, and will have the opportunity to support the Kidney Foundation of Canada while practicing environmental stewardship.
The first load will be picked up on October 15 at 9:30 a.m.
Funds from the Kidney Clothes Donation Program go towards kidney research and educational programs that help fight kidney disease.
