Building Capabilities in Business & Human Resources (One Day Workshops)

OCSAA has engaged the professional services of The Talent Consortium to deliver three (one) day strategic workshops that takes a deeper dive into the building of capabilities in business and human resources. It is highly recommended that you have attended the introductory course, of building capabilities in business and human resources before registering for this advanced workshop. These participatory workshops will review your schools current state, with the plan to create a strategic action plan for your immediate execution. In today’s changing times, managing and leading schools requires lots of multitasking and know how in many competent area. Your role as Administrator requires the high level overview and key insights in change, branding and human resources management. These courses are a building blocks to the introductory capabilities in business and human resources and have been designed to bring relevant tools that require action. These courses are designed to enhance your performance, impact and results through a focused solution approach. This highly recommended workshop is designed for current and prospective Administrators in Christian Schools across Canada that are looking to share and learn from other Administrators and develop action plans for their schools.

Advanced Human Resources
