For residents of Woodstock and Oxford County, April 26 was a good day to spend at the Rogers Centre, watching the Toronto Blue Jays play ball. For a few students at Woodstock Christian School (WCS) “Woodstock Day” at the stadium was also an exciting opportunity to sing. Wearing their purple WCS t-shirts with pride, members of the school’s senior choir sang the opening anthems for thousands of baseball fans, which included nearly 1,200 residents from Woodstock. The event is the largest annual group outing that the Toronto Blue Jays host.
