Tim has spent his entire life in Christian education, both as a student and a leader, and has a deep love and appreciation for the critical role that leaders play in the health and direction of Christian schools.

Tim joins the Edvance team with 15 years of school leadership experience having previously served as vice-principal at Niagara Christian Community of Schools, vice-principal at Toronto District Christian High, and most recently, principal at London Christian High. Tim, an Ontario Certified Teacher, holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Calvin University, two Bachelor degrees, including a Bachelor of Education from Redeemer University, and is a Van Lunen Fellow with Calvin University.

Tim works with leaders across the Edvance network of Christian schools to grow and establish a whole new generation of ‘next level leaders’ who are ready and able to take on the complex challenges that schools face in the years ahead. His key areas of emphasis include expanding on existing programs such as regional leadership cohorts, as well as establishing new services for more leaders.
